I've ported the AOT library (it is an advanced NLP library for Russian). There is a source archive at http://mo3r.nm.ru/libaot-1.0.tar.gz and also there is an ebuild for Gentoo Linux http://mo3r.nm.ru/libaot-1.0-r1.ebuild.
I plan to publish Lisp bindings for AOT's tokenizers and morphology somewhat soon.
